The Kakao i-Connect Center Console provides powerful management tools for real-time monitoring and control of inbound status and consultation quality across various AI touchpoints including chatbots and callbots.
Beyond simple status checks, it converts customer requirements into data through precise analysis of consultation logs and derives key insights for service improvement.
Administrators can easily configure and modify complex AI scenarios through an intuitive UI, while monitoring the overall system uptime and performance in real time.
Through this system, TOSKY completed an organic collaboration structure between human agents and AI, implementing an intelligent console environment that simultaneously achieves scalability as a SaaS platform and operational convenience.
