This project was undertaken to unify fragmented ordering processes and maximize operational efficiency in line with the integration of Lotte Super and Mart retail infrastructure.
The new integrated ordering system provides an optimized user experience for both store owners and administrators, transforming manual tasks and complex procedures into digital processes to dramatically improve supply chain speed.
Through real-time integration with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, orders are placed based on accurate inventory data, and a user-friendly mobile interface enables convenient ordering operations anytime, anywhere.
The system was designed with a robust architecture that minimizes traffic load and ensures data integrity, considering the characteristics of large-scale distribution networks.
Through this project, TOSKY built a smart ordering ecosystem that serves as the foundation for retail innovation, simultaneously enhancing on-site operational convenience and corporate logistics competitiveness.
