The Innovation That Became the Global Standard for F&B Ordering:
Starbucks Siren Order
This project is the world's first mobile order and payment solution, undertaken to open a new frontier in digital transformation at a time when mobile ordering systems in the food and beverage industry were nonexistent.
A large-scale project valued at approximately KRW 3 billion, it was completed through close collaboration among 5 affiliated organizations including Shinsegae I&C, and over 20 related departments spanning marketing, POS, planning, and innovation.
TOSKY served as the overall project lead for the application development segment, implementing complex ordering systems and payment infrastructure into a user-friendly mobile UX.
The Korean-developed Siren Order was recognized for its innovation and achieved the unprecedented feat of being reverse-exported to Starbucks' US headquarters, now serving as a core service accounting for approximately 70% of Starbucks' total revenue.
This is TOSKY's flagship success story, establishing the global standard for digital ordering and serving as the foundation for all mobile ordering systems used in the F&B industry today.
