Asset Lifecycle Optimization and Renewable Energy:
Integrated Customer Management System

This project was undertaken to strategically expand existing LIC Inspection capabilities to increase business revenue and maximize the utilization of renewable energy, building an integrated CRM and asset management platform.

TOSKY implemented an automated Asset Life-Cycle Report (iTrack) system that precisely tracks asset lifecycles, establishing the foundation for maintaining equipment value at optimal levels.
The 'Refreshed (Device Refresh)' concept was newly introduced into the traditional customer care process of Asset - Qure - Case, differentiating the service offering.
Built on Salesforce, a global standard platform, this system synchronizes all data in real time from refresh-eligible device status information to related kits and delivery status.
Users can grasp complex logistics and device information at a glance through an intuitive interface and instantly export reports in the desired format to maximize operational efficiency.

Through this system, TOSKY achieved enterprise operational innovation by simultaneously increasing asset management automation and customer satisfaction.
