
A Real-Time Mobility Control Solution Optimizing Connected Transportation:
T-money OndaCall
This project was undertaken to build the T-money OndaCall integrated mobility ecosystem that organically connects passengers and taxi drivers for efficient transportation services.
TOSKY implemented a total solution encompassing a passenger app, a driver app, and an administrator control system for at-a-glance monitoring and management of overall operations.
Particularly, considering situations requiring phone reservations or digitally underserved populations, a process was precisely designed to instantly digitize ARS call requests through the administrator system and optimally dispatch them to drivers.
Administrators can freely coordinate dispatching while monitoring the locations of available taxis and incoming calls in real time through an intuitive control interface.
Through this project, TOSKY unified online and offline call inbound channels and completed seamless taxi transportation workflows, delivering a trusted transportation experience to users and an efficient management environment to operators.
